By creating an account or using PlayKanha services, you agree to these Terms and all related policies, including Privacy and Refund policies.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate profile details, account security, and all actions performed using your account credentials.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
Booking availability and pricing are subject to venue configuration. Cancellation windows and fees may apply based on slot timing and provider rules.
4. Payments, Wallet, and Card Services
Wallet top-ups, card functions, and online payments use integrated payment infrastructure. Processing delays and provider downtime may impact status updates.
5. AutoPay Mandates
Recurring mandates are governed by mandate authorization terms and provider policies. Users may cancel mandates from account settings.
6. Prohibited Use
Fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized automation, and activities that harm venues or users may lead to suspension or permanent account termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
PlayKanha is not liable for indirect losses, provider-side failures, or disruptions outside reasonable operational control.
8. Policy Updates
We may update Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
